Kilkenny Christmas Tree Festival
150 trees of all shapes and sizes fill the Cathedral, each one is a work of imagination and art.
Many local schools, businesses and organisations have participated as well as individuals. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is available along with a stall selling seasonal goodies. There is a wonderful civic, engaging atmosphere in the Cathedral during this very special festival. This is an annual event in the city and has become a Christmas experience that people love to visit and talk about. A lovely way to spend a few hours, come along and enjoy!
