The LOVE star installation from Amber’s One Million Stars project will be back for Yulefest 2022. A now staple in Kilkenny, the meaningful art installation will be on view this Christmas alongside the Amber Star in the Castle Yard behind Kilkenny Design Centre. Beautifully made and generously donated by Kilkenny company CDS metalwork the Amber Star provides the perfect selfie moment. So join the conversation this Christmas by sharing a picture or weaving a star and help Amber Women’s Refuge end Violence in Ireland.
Each eight-point star woven represents light, hope and solidarity against violence. Weave a star at home or at one of Amber’s star weaving workshops, tie your star on LOVE and help Amber reach the goal of One Million Stars to End Violence in Ireland. www.onemillionstarsireland.ie
