Where is the event being held?

What time do doors open?
15 minutes before the start time listed on your entry ticket. Please note that queuing will take place outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
This is an all-ages event. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please note loud music and flashing images are part of the show (no strobe lighting is used).
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
This event does not allow re-entry.
How long will the show last?
The full run of the show will last approximately 35minutes. You are welcome to stay at the venue for up to 70 minutes to experience the show fully.
Who is the show suitable for?
This is an all-ages event. The show will contain loud music and flashing images, but no strobe effect. “Starlight” by Luxmuralis combines fine art tradition with contemporary storytelling, offering an unforgettable Christmas experience that appeals to families, art lovers, and festival goers alike.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online through the event page here.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, tickets will not be available at the door. However, tickets will be on sale online up until the start time of the event (unless the time slot is sold out).
How will I receive my tickets (email, mobile, print, etc.)?
Once tickets are purchased in full, you will receive confirmation, and the tickets will be emailed to the email address provided. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive, and please double-check your email spam folder if you are unable to see the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 30 minutes and the money has not been taken from your account, the transaction was unsuccessful and your tickets have not been purchased. I booked my ticket but now I can’t find it. What do I do?
Return to the Ticket Tailor event page and resend the tickets to yourself via the ‘Manage Ticket’ button.
I booked my ticket(s) for the wrong date, can I transfer them to another date/time?
The time and date of your “Starlight” by Luxmuralis show tickets can be changed up to two weeks before the event (or until the event is sold out). Transfers can be done directly through Ticket Tailor and will incur a fee of €2.50 per transaction. Ticket types or the number of tickets cannot be altered when transferring. Transfers are only possible to event date and times with ticket availability of the same type of tickets being transferred. Transfers will immediately cease if the event sells out.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Check our ticketing and refund policy for more details.
What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
You will receive an email with the next steps. Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, this can be done by sending them the QR tickets you’ve received. ID checking will not take place upon entry (except for concession tickets). You can transfer your purchased ticket to a friend or family member by sending them the QR ticket you received at purchase. All QR codes can only be scanned once for entry. Tickets that have already been scanned will not gain you entry to the event. Tickets cannot be resold online or through resale platforms. Tickets found on same will be invalidated without refund.

Will there be parking available at the venue?
No, general parking will not be available at the venue. Parking is available on Dean Street and in other county council carparks nearby.
Are there toilets at the venue?
Toilets are available inside the venue. Unfortunately, there is no accessible toilet available at this time.
Is the venue accessible for people with wheelchairs and other access needs?
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Access patrons can be dropped off at the main gate of the Cathedral. Entry will be through the main entrance. Wheelchair users or those who need to use a ramp will need to exit through the same door they entered the event. Unfortunately, no accessible toilets are available on site at this time. The show contains loud music and flashing images, but no strobe effect.
Are there accessible tickets available?
Accessible tickets can be purchased at a concession price at the point of purchase. A limited number of accessible tickets are available per time slot; accessible tickets admit the visitor and a companion with a carer’s pass for free on the same ticket. A valid carer’s pass must be presented alongside the ticket. Is this a seated show ?
No, this show is designed to be experienced while walking around the space. Limited seating will be available in pews at the top of the Cathedral.
